Welcome to Ekklesia (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ekklesia mobile application (the “App”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Ekklesia is intended for users ages 9 and older.

Users under 13 must use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Community Standards

Ekklesia is a Christian-focused community platform.

Users agree NOT to:

• Post illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or bully others
• Share pornography or sexually explicit material
• Promote violence or hate speech
• Impersonate another person
• Spam or advertise without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post.

However, by posting content, you grant Ekklesia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Store

Your content within the App for operational purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you share.

5. Moderation

We may monitor, review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the App may require payment or subscription.

Payments are processed through Apple.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings.

We do not directly store payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ekklesia name, branding, design, and software are the property of Ekklesia and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abuse of the platform
• Legal compliance reasons

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance
• Accuracy of user-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekklesia shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• User-generated content disputes

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
