This Support page explains how you may contact us, request assistance, or resolve account-related issues when using the App.

All subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple.
For billing issues, refund requests, or subscription cancellations, please manage your subscription directly through your Apple account settings.
We do not directly process or store payment information.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll to the Delete Account option.
You may also email EkklesiaApp@outlook.com to request account deletion.
Account deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
